The innovative BUBLON-process
"Don't keep forever on the public road, going only where others have gone." > Alexander Graham Bell, british inventor, 1847-1922 BUBLON stands for an optimized process for the manufacture of a purely natural lightweight filler and insulating material. The base material for this is perlite for example which occurs naturally in large quantities worldwide and has a special characteristic: When heated to over 800°, perlite that has been ground to sand becomes highly viscous, the water within it evaporates and as a result the volume of the perlite grain multiplies to 20 times its original size. This process is comparable to the production of popcorn thus giving it the name "perlite popcorn". “BUBLON popcorn" with its closed surface, dimensional stability and considerably reduced water offer significant advantages compared to the product produced by means of the existing process.
